How it Started...

I began my running career at the age of 6 years old in my local sports day. After winning my local and moving on to county I came in second place- but only the winner went through to the All-Ireland's...
Naturally, being the 6 year old I was, I threw a massive hissy fit but vowed that next year I would be back, and not only that, but I would win the All-Ir
eland final.

Long story short- I did!
From that faithful first day on I was hooked.

Running has brought me my favorite moments, memories, people, it has provided me with not only the opportunity to travel the world and receive an amazing education but has developed me into the person I am today.

Considering the sporting environment in Ireland, none of this would have been possible without my dedicated and supportive parents who not only brought me to practice and meets every day and every weekend, but also coached me for a large period of my life! Sports being based on volunteers getting involved in Ireland these events would not be hosted or clubs even existing without people like my parents and other volunteers.

How it's going...

Some of my greatest athletic accomplishments have been at my career at Providence College.

Most recently I received All-American honors finishing sixth as part of the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) despite a nasty trip at the NCAA Indoor Championships.

To date I run 2:05 for the 800 meters (although I did split a sneaky 2:04 in our DMR national's qualifier)

I was part of the Distance Medley Relay DMR that ran the second fastest time ever in the NCAA.

I was part of the 4x1500 relay that won gold at the prestigious Penn Relay Championships last year and silver in the DMR this year!

In the Big East Championships I have won 4 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.
I have qualified for 2 NCAA National Cross-Country Championsh
ips, NCAA National Indoor Championships and 2 NCAA preliminaries outdoor.

Prior to my career at Providence College, I hold a juvenile Irish record for the 800 meters, I had 4 Irish caps and represented Ireland at 16 years old in the U20 European Championships one of the youngest athletes to qualify for the championships.
Ultimately, this led me to receiving a fu
ll scholarship to run Track and Cross Country at Providence College

Lucky to have been picked up and coached by one of the best in the business Coach Ray Treacy
